Certification

Certification Availability and Requirements

The Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists certification, DABCI, is open to licensed chiropractic practitioners only. If you are in a different discipline, a certificate of completion can be provided to any licensed healthcare professional once they have completed the program, but at this time, only chiropractors are eligible to sit for the board exam and receive the DABCI certification.

To Learn more about the certification process, check out the American Chiropractic Association- Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders webpage.

Continuing Education Credits

There are a variety of practitioners that are enrolled in DABCI University and not all of them require state-level continuation credits (CEs). Currently, our course has not applied for state-level continuing education credits (CEU). Some state may accept self-submission, but due to the various reporting requirements and nuances with regulatory boards, we encourage each to student to research this process for their state. Never hesitate to reach out with questions.
