Application for Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in DABCI University. Please allow 48 business hours for membership approval. Currently, our platform is available to licensed healthcare professionals and those enrolled in a school or university seeking a licensed healthcare professional degree (DC, MD, DO, Pharm, etc.).

To ensure we continue providing exceptional service to our existing members, we reserve the right to temporarily pause new memberships as needed. Should your application not be accepted immediately, you may be placed on a waitlist. Once open enrollment resumes, we will begin processing waitlisted requests in the order they were received.

Additional information may be requested such as a copy of your state license or proof of school attendance. We will reach out to you shortly.

DABCI University has a $25 annual membership. * This fee allows you access to member only sections of the website, private course content and more. This fee helps us with the maintenance of the online platform, allow us to continue to provide a high-level experience while updating usability and features when available.

*Additional fees may apply for course work, resources and alike. The annual membership fee must remain current for you to be able to access certain features and coursework on DABCI University.
